[Dx4win] Date Formats

I have the date format in the setup configuration as mm/dd/yyyy, yet the 
date format when brining up the logbook report ( or any user defined 
reports) is still mm/dd/yy.

This has been a problem since early version 6.  Now using 7.03.  Is 
there a plan to fix this?  Makes it very difficult when exporting the 
report to a spreadsheet and parse the date correctly.
