Neil, the rig file V8-i in the latest version of DX4WIN, V7.03 seems
to work very well. It appears to correct the faults that many of us
have found and lived with. It sets the correct modes now in both
vfo's, sets splits and enables the VFO-B to xmit and picks up the vfo-
B xmit frequency and sents it to the packetcluster when you send a
spot out.
I have tried it with both V7.03 and V7.02 versions of DX4Win.

Would you please try this so I won't think I am nuts.
To be honest I HOPE I AM nuts.

Click QSO> add real time
enter a call TE1ST use A=14080  qsx B=14090 and mode RTTY
press split button TX on VFO B

Now  in DX4WIN do a ANN DX or a ALT+A

Look at the FREQ    and   QSX  FREQ
ARE THEY REVERSED??????????????????????

My ANN DX will reverse the A and B VFO freqs.

VFO A on radio is 14080 but the ANN DX window showes FREQ 14090 and
the QSX freq should be VFO B on radio as 14090 but the QSX freq showes in the ANN DX  window 14080.

This NEW rig file is a HUGE/big improvement on setting MODES from the SPOT window. SPLIT, SETS, MODE, ETC ALL LOOK GOOD NOW.

I believe they are aware of the issue I just asked you to test.
