[Dx4win] V7.03 - thoughts

After reinstalling 3 times, the help files work once each time and 
then can't be accessed

In the PSK31 window there is a 2nd rx "line"  What is ity and how do 
you get rid of it?

Other than that, everything moved with no problems

Any suggestions would be helpful
