[Dx4win] help files 7.03

[Paul Franson]

Tried installing it on my laptop, the help files work fine.  Both running XP 
SP2.  I'll get the exact error messages tomorrow.

Hi Steve,

Got the same help file problem here, doesn't work when I click  on HELP in 
the FILE - RADIO-HELP menu bar from the program..  But can open the help 
from the icon in the DX4WIN group.

Can't access the help files for 7.03  keep getting an error message

Also, do I need to print out the users manual..anything totally new
or keep using the one dates 7.01 may, 2005
