You can download the latest DX4WIN.TCP file (list of DX cluster nodes 
reachable via Telnet) from:

   http://dx4win.ad1c.us/cluster.htm

The release notes are as follows:

   IQ6DH-6       Added DX Spider node
   K2HVC         Added DX Spider node
   IK6XMI        Deleted Linux node
   W2MU          Deleted DX Spider node
   VE3EY-7       Changed city to Toronto
   VE3EY-7       Changed software to DX Spider

Nodes are removed if I am told they are no longer active, or they 
have not been reachable recently. When a node comes back to life, it 
will appear in the list again. This prevents people from trying to 
connect to non-working nodes.

If there are any nodes that you use that are NOT in the file, please 
let me know.
