[Dx4win] Commercial label printing

I tried to disable the commercial on the label by going to 
file/database/labels and unchecked the commercial box and clicked on OK and 
closed it out. But when entering back into that area the commercial box 
defaults back to the previous condition and the commercial is printed on my 
label.
How do I get this to quit printing this commercial?
