In the past I have tried to align the data to the report form.   That wasted 
a lot of cards setting things up. 
 
Last supply of cards were without a report.  I can still have 4 QSO's  per 
card. 
 
These are the setting I use on my Samsung.

Horz pitch      2.75   Vert  pitch        1.0    Paper  size        Letter
