[Dx4win] Change "DXCC-Mixed" flag from Subm to "--"

Hi Larry,

Go to the QSO you *want* to submit and change the mixed award flag to "Subm". 
Then go to the QSO you *don't* want and change the mixed award flags to "--". 
It won't get claimed again.
