[Dx4win] Howto handle the time change on Windows 98?

If your W98 machine is only for logging, why not just set its time zone to 
GMT?

Main computer here in EST/DST zone runs XP, is a time server to the home 
network, and has been getting along with my W98 GMT computer just fine for 
years.
