[Dx4win] Dx4win + Yaesu FT-897D

Hello all the reflector...

I modified the .rig file for the Yaesu FT-897.  Now it reads/writes to the
modes sopported by the radio.  When setting the mode in Dx4win (Shift-F12),
the radio changes to:

Dx4win     FT-897
---------  ------
AM         AM
CW         CW
FM         FM
PACK       PKT
SSB        SSB (LSB or USB, according to the band)
all other  DIG

During Adding Real-time, when changing the mode in the radio, the Dx4win
changes to:

FT-897    Dx4win
--------  ------
CW, CWR   CW
AM        AM
FM        FM
DIG       RTTY
PKT       PACK
LSB, USB  SSB

By the way, I am still waiting a method to set split mode in the FT-897.  It
need to perform several commands on the radio:

set SPLIT on
set Current VFO to the receive frequency
toggle VFO (A/B)
set Current VFO (the "other VFO) to the transmit frequency
toggle VFO (A/B) again
