Hi Folks,

I plan to release updates to the following DX4WIN data files this weekend
(probably Sunday):

   - DX4WIN.AWD (awards database)
   - DX4WIN.CTY (country file)
   - DX4WIN.TCP (DX cluster nodes)

If you know of any changes that need to be made to the awards database, and you
have not already sent them to me, please let me know as soon as possible.  I
don't remember what's in my queue, but there will be an update for the Canadian
Islands Award (CISA).

I am going to try to release two versions of the DX4WIN.TCP file:

   - one that has "keep alive" turned on
   - one that does not have "keep alive" (same as current version)
