[Dx4win] FT1000D

Hello,
I had a Yaesu FT1000D working one time with dx4win. Now I have another and am getting "Radio timed out" message. 
Using K1NU interface and keying works fine. Also everything works in Writelog no problem.
Settings Address = 00 with default checked
             Baud rate =4800 with default checked
              Poll rate =5000 
              DTR high = not checked
              RTS high = checked
I am on Com one same as with Writelog. 
Someone please remove my blinders!
