[Dx4win] Printing Selected Group of Labels

I have Dx4win User Guide Version 6.03 and on page 73 at the top of the page 
is titled "Printing a Selected Group of Labels."
I have followed these instructions to the T but when I go to Labels/Set 
Print Flags it does NOT set any qso's in the filter to the 'Y' or ON 
parameter. Consequently I cannot print any labels.
Anyone have any idea what is not taking place?
