[Dx4win] Submission vs Logbook File Reports

Many thanks for your information. I fully understand it, now.

If it worked that way, I'd prefer to make a Submission report to the ARRL 
DXCC Desk manually, which is based on Logbook reports, as an appreciation to 
the process of each 2-way 160 QSO that has involved many other factors.
