[Dx4win] (Fwd) Buckmaster CDRom HamCall 2007

Harry, W3FM, is trying to subscribe to the list, but apparently 
having trouble, so I'm forwarding this message from him to the list.  
Please respond to him directly, or to the list, of course.

To summarize, he is having trouble setting up DX4WIN to read the 
Buckmaster database.  He has tried installing the files on C: and 
putting the CD into D:

Perhaps someone with experience with this can show Harry how to do 
it.

By hitting the F3 key I want to go to "callsign lookup address" in 
Preferences/Ext Data. I have DX4win 3.02 and HamCall is installed on 
the C drive.
