[Dx4win] What to Do About DX that has not QSL'd or has said NotInLog

  Thanks, Milan.  While some have pointed out they remove the QSO from
the log, I generally don't log Q's that I'm not positive about.  On rare
occasions I do, and I make notes in the "Notes for this QSO..." to the
effect of not getting a confirmation on my call, or whatever the case
might be - that case I would delete the QSO, but generally I don't QSL
those.  Thank you for detailing an unintended consequence on the Invalid
DX flag.  I thought it only affected that one QSO, not that it would
"blackball" the callsign in a general way for spots, etc.
