[Dx4win] What to Do About DX that has not QSL'd or has said Not In Log

OK, I"ll admit it, there are times that I get a "Not in log"...  How
does the group handle those in the log??  Do you mark it as invalid
DX??  Do you delete the QSO??  If I do nothing it still shows up in my
needed listing and looks like I need to resend...

Thoughts??
