[Dx4win] Problems automating telnet connection

Another alternative after you modify the dx4win.tcp file is to hit enter 
successive times when you're in the packet window.  The first enter 
brings up the list with your preferred node at the top and the second 
enter connects you.  After you get a logon greeting, you can hit a 
softkey that sends your logon call.  Just a smidgen less labor.
