It's in Preferences | QSO | CW Frequency Cutoff.
I believe Jim posted an earlier message on this subject.

Subject: [Dx4win] Band plan and Dx4win
Is there any way of editing the band plan that DX4win understands
for 40m. Say station VU7LD is spotted on 7.065 I can guess its
going to be an LSB signal but yet when I click on the spot on the
cluster with this information the rig goes to the correct freq OK
but sets up in CW instead of SSB. (Yes I know some of you will be
asking do you want DX4win to work the station as well for me -
getting too lazy)
I am running an FT1000MP and suspect the answer to my query is as
usual dead easy to spot but perhaps I have overlooked it.
Regards Glenn
