[Dx4win] Buckmaster Ham Call error

I'm trying to setup Buckmaster as the External Data for call sign lookup. 
Right now I am just trying to read the data from the CD-ROM. When I hit F3, 
the callsign/Mgr lookup window says "Buckmaster Error -2". Can someone help 
out here, please?

BTW, the callsign lookup was working FB with QRZ.
