[Dx4win] New order!

Hmmm.... I just upgraded from 6 to 7, and got very decent response.  Questions I pose on the reflector are quickly answered (though often by a volunteer, AD1C).  I've been a DX4WIN user since version 0.92, and see no reason to think of changing.
