[Dx4win] Deleted prefix

Hello to all,
This morning, I have contacted EB1DH on 17 meters band (I know, it's not a DX) and the prefix EB1 is marked as (Del) in WPX window and WPX listing.
I check in my country file that the prefix EB is in the mapping of Spain with none Start date and End date.
Where I can change the info for that the EB1 prefix will not be marked as Deleted ?
It's exactly the same for EB4 and EB7 prefixes or 9E1 prefix (Ethiopia) and many more.
