No George.  But there is a backup mechanism, and you can set the interval as
low as 1 minutes.  Got the QSO tab in Preferences.

Make sure you backup software is backing up:

   DX4W###/DX4WIN.DXB

which is the backup of your log - it's in the directory one up from the SAVE
directory.

You can also backup these files:

   DX4W###/DX4WIN.~XB
   DX4W###/SAVE/<yourcall>.~XL
