[Dx4win] Zero, not "O" (oh)

Steve, just go in your DX4WIN log, edit the callsign(s) in error, and save the
QSO(s) (F10).  Before saving, take note of any text in the "Notes for this
Call" field, as it may change/disappear when you change the call.

Also set the Upload flag to Y and clear (erase) the Upload Date before saving
the QSO.

Now you can report the LoTW export process for the modified QSOs, sign and
upload them.
