[Dx4win] Lost QSO?

Hi Guys,
Im using v. 7.02.15 
I was checking my WXCC report and happened to notice that a QSO from K5K in Kingman Reef wasnt listed.But the qso is in the log, prefix   KH5K, everything seem to be set up right in the QSO record, including QSL confirmed box checked to "Y", and confirm QSO Card or Upload is set in Properties... I tried to enter a test K5K QSO for todays date and again checked confirmed "Y"in both upload and QSL. I Saved the new record and still no entry in the WXCC report???
The same situation on the WAS report, a QSO is not listed as confirmed for a state when the QSO record is marked confirmed.
