[Dx4win] DX4WIN to CQ DX Marathon version 1.8 uploaded

Today I uploaded version 1.8 of the DX4WIN to CQ DX Marathon 
conversion program:

The program now has an installer.  After downloading the .ZIP file, 
open it and run the SETUP.EXE program inside. If you have trouble 
running the installer, please read the web page above.

I added mappings from some of the old DX4WIN prefixes to match the 
submission form. If you run the program and get an error message 
about an unrecognized prefix, let me know.

I also changed the way the date box works.  It's no longer a 
drop-down box.  If you run the program in January or February, by 
default the date will be last year (2006).  That is because the 
submission deadline is 28 February. If you run the program in 
March-December, the date will be this year (2007).
