[Dx4win] Label Settings

There is a compatibility issue and it should not require a work-around.
We are all talking about "standard" labels and as such they should print
the same way each and every time on any printer no matter what. Some
driver or dimension decoding is getting messed up. I have all the XP
updates loaded can our developer say the same. If I'm wrong I'll admit
it; will our developer do the same.
