VE7IU.DXL is your *real* log. If this file is gone, recover from backup ASAP!

VE7IU.DXQ and VE7IU.DXQ is a DX4WIN ASCII-formatted log that you 
exported from your main log.

Check that the log you read in when DX4WIN starts up really came from 
your DX4702/SAVE directory - you may be pointing somewhere else.
