[Dx4win] CQ DX Marathon conversion - version 1.2 released 6 January 2007

Version 1.2 of the CQ DX Marathon conversion for DX4WIN has been released:

Version 1.1 was on the web site for about 6 hours, if you downloaded 
on the 6th but before 2200z, please download again (I had to leave 
before I could make the announcement).

Here are the items fixed in this version:

Fixed in 1.2:

	WARC Bands (60m/30m/17m/12m) do not count in 2006, allowed in 2007 and later

Fixed in 1.1:

	CE0X, CE0Y and CE0Z were not printed in the same order as the submission form.

	Now converts all DX4WIN bands (except Sat) to frequency.

	User must specify the YEAR for the award. This helps if the input 
file contains QSOs
	not made in the award year, they are now ignored. Also helps determine whether
	WARC band QSOs are should be counted or not.

	Fixed bug where any unworked CQ zone crashed the program.

	Fixed a few window misbehaviors.
