[Dx4win] PRINTING_LABLES

Thanks to all that responded to my label printing and printing down the number of labels that are already used but!
I read the book concerning labels and I guess I just cannot absorb what is being said.
All I want to do is.
1. Search for a call.
2. Print a label for that call.
Can anyone give me a step by step method for doing this using 5160 labels? 
I also cannot get the "preview" to work. Every time I hit preview it shows me a whole page of stock QSL labels.
I'm out of patience but not giving up.
Believe it or not I was able to print a number of labels for my 5A7A QSO's but I couldn't repeat it. Don't know how I did it.
