It is the first time after upgrading DX4WIN to Version 7.02.15 I was going
to print QSL labels but the program does not remove correctly duplicate
QSLs. This has worked fine in the previous version of DX4WIN (6.02).
Procedure that fails:
1. There are already thousands of QSOs in the log that has QSL date set
(i.e. QSL is sent) but Cnfm=N. These has been fed to DX4WIN with Version
6.02.
2. Then I import the recent contest QSOs from Cabrillo files to DX4WIN Ver.
7.02.15 with Label=Y, Method=Buro, Cnfm=N, QSL Date=<empty>
3. After that I try to remove duplicate QSLs by selecting Labels/Change QSL
Routing/Remove Duplicate QSLs
4. As a result the program seems to ignore the older QSOs & sent QSLs
completely (i.e. the ones I have fed to DX4WIN with version 6.02) and tries
to print QSL labels once again to the stations I have already sent QSLs in
the past. Within the newly imported QSOs the removal seems to work fine so
that QSL labels are printed to the same station only when it appears on new
band and/or mode.
Have I missed something why it behaves like this? Has the functionality
changed since Ver. 6.02? Or is this known "feature" in 7.02 build 15?
P.S. I can send the log file for testing purposes if needed - just let me
know....
