Hi Don,

If you send E-mail to dxcc at arrl.org and ask for a copy of your records, they
can E-mail you a .PDF file.

You might want to consider registering for LoTW.  They can link your permanent
DXCC records to the LoTW site.  Even if you never upload a QSO (I don't
recommend this, it's not that hard, and I wrote an application note about it
from DX4WIN), you can always see your latest DXCC credit status.
