When i changed callsigns from ON4BCM
to ON6MX in 2002 the guys provided a new
key for free.

Hi guys

I've used DX4Win as 3C5J and this is the callsign that my version is 
registered to.

I'm now back at home as MW0BRO. How do I go about getting a new licence key 
to use with my home callsign?

Do I have to pay for the software again or can a new licence key be issued?
