[Dx4win] Copy Key

I just upgraded last week to 702.
But I can not Save the key from a Hotmail email attachment.  I am using XP 
PRO v2.  A right click gives me no way to save  except save target. This 
opens the attachment.   Could someone please give instructions.  Thanks
