Exit DX4WIN.  Open the dx4win.awd file in notepad and look for this text:

    [RDA]
    ; http://rdaward.org/
    awdname=Russian District Award
    prefix=UA,UA9

Change the prefix: line to read:

    prefix=UA,UA2,UA9,R1F,R1M

You might want to make the same change here:

    [ROBI]
    ;Robinson Club
    ; http://www.hamradio.ru/RRC/AWARDS/rra_e.htm
    awdname=Russian Robinson
    prefix=UA,UA9


Save the file and re-start DX4WIN.

I will fix this the change next time I release the award file.
