[Dx4win] Problem with LoTW Submission

Hello:

I have exported a recent portion of my log (just January, ~70 Q's) according
to the AD1C instructions.

All exported fine. When I try to sign the file, I get error message from
TQSL saying Q's are out of date range.

I have tried with and without specifying date range in TQSL, Same result.
All Q's generate the error and nothing is exported or signed.

I have examined the ADI file in notepad, all looks Ok. 

My previous submission of several years of Q's in late December went without
a hitch.

Any suggestions?
