[Dx4win] Unlocking code

Thanks John,

Well, I received a proper order confirmation last Saturday and I
planned to get v.7 started this weekend. V.4 has served me well
for almost eight years, but the display of the old Win95 laptop,
on which it is running, is on its very last.
