[Dx4win] Spanish villages Award, (to AD1C)

Hello everybody:
                        Hello Jim, I find a little bug into the
Spanish Villages Award, it consist when you log an EA8 or EA9 station
this award don`t exist, and all these stations have spanish village
number for its tracking into this award. Please correct it. The award
must work with all EA1-5, EA6,EA7 EA8 and EA9 stations.
