I find it interesting that we've not heard from the programmers - at
least, not that I've seen. And thank you to Jim for at least looking
into this situation and trying to find an answer.
The fact that it happened, and to so many people, suggests to me that
it truly is a bug that needs to be found and killed.
I, too, lost state/county info, BUT not 100% (and I don't see a pattern
as to which Qs still have the info vs those that don't), It would be
interesting to know if the data truly are gone, or if they're in some
file somewhere, and DX4Win is just not able to "read" things correctly
- and a fix can be had....

For those that lost state data, I can only conclude that when you
edited
the country file yourself to add FJ, the country file became corrupted.
Exactly how, I can't say. The 50 states themselves are part of the
country file. By downloading and installing the country file I
released
a couple of days ago, you'll fix the corrupted country file problem,
but
it will not fix your log if you have saved it while using the corrupted
country file. Hopefully you have a log backup.
