[Dx4win] DX4WIN.CTY Release #45 released 23 December 2007

Ummm.....

Under the File->Databases menu,  the "QSL Managers" and "Countries"
selections are greyed out!!      The "QSL Manager Addresses" is fine
and contains data.

Help!
