[Dx4win] Fill in empty States fields ?

Hi all,

I have about 4000 Q's in my log from USA stations where the state field is 
empty.
This happened probable when importing the QSO data from my previous log but 
never
noticed it untill now.

Now here is my question, is there a solution to automaticaly fill in the 
empty state and county
fields?
I really do not want to do this manually as this would take weeks!
How can i export only the 4000 Q's out of the log?
And put them back in afterwards?
