[Dx4win] Leaving Telnet connected 24/7

In the Setup Parameters dialog, on the Packet1 tab, you could set the 
spotters for W6,W7,K6,K7 (etc), which would narrow it down a bit. It 
would still receive the other spots, but they won't be highlighted.

Rather than trying to keep a day or two worth of spots in DX4WIN, 
I'll look directly on DX Summit or one of the other siites and just 
pull down a pile of spots for that particular DXpedition.
