[Dx4win] Saint Barthelemy Info

[Kenth Johansson]

I have updated the database  with FJ as Saint Barthelemy and it works and I have worked FJ/OH2AM on two bands CW but still all spots for that station is yellow for a totally new country instead of read as it ought to be. Whats wrong in my setup?
