[Dx4win] DX4WIN CQ DX Marathon conversion program updated 14 December 2007

I've updated the CQ DX Marathon conversion program for 2007:

Please make sure to read ALL the instructions as they are slightly 
different from 2006:

1.  You must use release V5 or later of the 2007 Marathon Scoresheet.

2.  The 2007 Marathon scoresheet has both Day and Month columns. 
Depending on your Windows and/or DX4WIN settings, the file output from 
the conversion program may have those two columns reversed.

3.  You don't need to create a date filter, you can simply use F8 to 
filter your log starting 01 January 2007.

If you have any trouble with the program, please let me know ASAP.  As 
it gets closer to the holidays, I may not have much time to answer 
questions.
