[Dx4win] QSL Mailed Value

Hello folks --

Just uploaded my LOTW into DX4WIN, with the "Imported QSO sets Upload
Confirmed Flag" option.

When I do a summary,  I noticed that the values in the "QSL Mailed"
column are effected (decremented by a few).

I thought DX4WIN would change a QSO that was "mailed" to not mailed
only if a non-LOTW confirmation was entered.

Eh?
