[Dx4win] Announce DX - Information scramble-

Be sure that you have the correct strings in the DX spotting pattern 
fields.  Go to File (main menu) > Preferences > Packet2 > DX spotting 
patterns.  Check them against the Help (F1, DX spotting patterns, click on 
patterns).
