[Dx4win] DX4WIN.TCP updated 2 August 2007

I have updated DX4WIN.TCP.  The latest file can be found at:

I added the "keep-alive" functionality in this release.  Please read the installation notes on the web page!

Here is the list of changes:

   IR4X-6        Changed IP address to iq4bq.dyndns.org:8000
   K4AU          Added CC Cluster node
   K8SMC-1       Deleted AR Cluster node (K8SMC is now CC Cluster)
   KB5VJY-1      Changed IP address to 209.209.194.166
   N7XG-7        Added CC Cluster node
   N8OJ          at address w8bs.dyndns.org:7300 is back on-line
   P43L          Added DX Spider node
   W4NJA-1       Added CC Cluster node

I don't remember when I changed K3NC, but Neal is full-time CC Cluster now (K3NC-# node was removed from list, only K3NC remains).
