Using substring matching (check your QSO preferences), use F8 and 
type "5TKI" in the callsign field.

But as soon as you type more characters, the set of matching calls will narrow.

But logging a QSO with W5TKI will show QSOs in the Same Call window 
with both W5TKI and W5TKI/9 (but not WN5TKI).
