[Dx4win] DOK award

Hi Jim,

the rules for the DLD award (DOK hunting) can be found here:

However, the English translation doesn't seem to be complete: For the DLD *every* DOK counts. So you can achieve DLD100 (100 different DOKs), DLD200, ... including all Special DOKs. But, you can apply for a DLD award using only regular DOK (no Special DOKs) and you can apply for a "Classic" sticker for your DLD100, DLD200, ... This sticker is pretty popular.

This file is updated quite often since lots of new Special DOKs appear every month.
