[Dx4win] DXCC Submission

After a lapse of 4 years I am trying to make a new DXCC submission but for the life of me I cannot produce anything similar to what I produced previously - I am also 4 years older !Can some one give me a detailed procedure that I can easily follow now and in a few years time when I will be even older.

My current procedure is this -

Preferences/ Advanced user

                    / DXCC Valid bands ticked

                      SSB mode ticked

                       Mode award ticked

Logbook sorted by Prefix

Change Award flags DXCC mode Changed

QSO / Report / DXCC / Submission 

I get a list of 932 QSOs of SSB, CW and RTTY arranged in prefix order and in band groups starting with 80m and ending at 10m

What am I doing wrong please ?
